Dossier Santé Numérique

One of the major projects in the network’s transformation

  • How your care and services are changing

    Your information follows your care journey in real time and is securely accessible to authorized care teams. In facilities where it is deployed, the Dossier Santé Numérique will become the primary tool used by healthcare providers.

      The app is available for iOS in the Apple Store or for Android in the Google Play Store.
