Learn more about the projectYour information follows your care journey in real time and is securely available to authorized care teams. In healthcare organizations where it has been implemented, the Dossier Santé Numérique will become the primary tool used by healthcare providers.
Mon dossier santé, a Votre Santé service

The app is available for iOS in the Apple Store or for Android in the Google Play Store.
To access the service, sign in using a Government Authentication Service account.
